Responsibility
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international standards.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize fiscal performance and support business objectives.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, reports, and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk by analyzing market trends, assessing opportunities, and recommending actionable insights.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, audits, and regulatory submissions in coordination with external auditors and legal advisors.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, monitor expenditures, and provide variance analysis to drive cost-efficiency and profitability.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development.
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial planning with operational goals and business expansion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of managing teams and stakeholder relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of tax regulations, auditing processes, and financial controls in the Philippines and/or Indonesia.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
- High ethical standards, attention to detail, and a commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
