Responsibility
- Lead and manage all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and audits.
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Optimize cash flow management and financial forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational objectives.
- Mentor and develop the finance team to enhance performance and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in the tobacco, manufacturing, or FMCG industry is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to work in a multicultural environment.
