Responsibility
- Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business decisions.
- Conduct monthly variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and financial reporting deadlines.
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Implement and improve financial controls, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance.
- Mentor and develop the finance team to enhance productivity and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the technology or innovation sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and international financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams.
- Experience with financial audits and compliance reporting.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
