Mandaya Hospital Group is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering excellence in patient care and operational efficiency. We are currently seeking a dynamic and strategic Finance & Accounting Manager to lead our finance department in Jakarta Selatan.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the overall financial health of the organization. You will oversee the full cycle of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills to mentor our finance team, ensuring accuracy and transparency while supporting the company’s growth objectives. You will work closely with executive leadership to provide financial insights that drive informed decision-making.
Responsibility
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Finance and Accounting department, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK and regulatory standards.
- Manage the comprehensive budgeting and forecasting process, monitoring performance against targets and identifying variances.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.) and coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities.
- Develop and implement robust internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Manage treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting and banking relationships.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to executive management to support strategic business decisions.
- Mentor, lead, and develop the finance team to foster a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, corporate taxation, and budget management.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax laws.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
