Responsibility
- Assist in financial reporting and analysis for supply chain operations.
- Support month-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Analyze cost variances and provide insights to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure accurate financial tracking.
- Prepare financial forecasts and budgets for supply chain-related expenses.
- Assist in audits and compliance checks for financial records.
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards for supply chain performance metrics.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline financial workflows.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Prior internship or project experience in finance/accounting is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage.
