Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports under supervision.
- Support the accounting team in recording and reconciling financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software and spreadsheets.
- Participate in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts by gathering and analyzing data.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with local financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct research on financial trends, industry benchmarks, and best practices to support decision-making.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and assist with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and bookkeeping practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information.
- Prior internship or coursework in finance/accounting is advantageous but not required.
