Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support the accounting team with data entry, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
- Help analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes under supervision.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Participate in audits by gathering and organizing required documentation.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in financial operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or coursework in finance/accounting is a plus.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is advantageous.
