Responsibility
- Administer and analyze employee compensation programs to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including variance analysis, budget tracking, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and process financial data.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency in financial operations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Conduct audits and reconciliations to verify the integrity of financial data.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or compensation analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
- Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, or other relevant financial standards.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
