Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns in compliance with Indonesian regulations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support business decision-making.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and employee tax deductions.
- Conduct internal audits to verify financial data integrity and identify discrepancies.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions as needed.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Support the finance team in implementing process improvements and automation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or tax administration.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Certification in tax or accounting (e.g., Brevet A/B, CPA) is a plus.
