Responsibility
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with Indonesian regulations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants as needed.
- Process payroll and ensure timely salary disbursements.
- Generate financial reports for management review.
- Support administrative tasks related to finance and accounting departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax administration.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
