Responsibility
- Process and manage daily financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ledgers, and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial data collection.
- Support budget preparation and expense tracking to optimize financial performance.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and correspondence related to finance.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company financial policies.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or local Indonesian systems).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
