Responsibility
- Assist in preparing and filing individual and corporate tax returns in compliance with Indonesian regulations.
- Support the accounting team in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Help compile and analyze financial data for client portfolios and internal audits.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and management reports.
- Conduct research on tax laws, incentives, and exemptions to optimize client strategies.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee tax deductions.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to resolve client inquiries and provide administrative support.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of financial documents.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zahir, or SAP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial data.
