Responsibility
- Assist with daily bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes under supervision.
- Prepare financial reports and documentation for audits and tax filings.
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate expense tracking.
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and propose solutions.
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Stay updated on local tax regulations and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial statements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Prior internship or coursework in accounting is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
