Responsibility
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with local and international standards.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage tax compliance, audits, and regulatory filings for Indonesia and regional entities.
- Coordinate with regional teams to consolidate financial data and ensure accuracy.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and government agencies as required.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Support Mandarin-speaking stakeholders with financial communications and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with exposure to multinational operations.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and proficiency in English.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the energy or renewable sector is a plus.
