Responsibility
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Prepare and submit SST (Sales and Service Tax) returns and ensure timely E-Invoice compliance in accordance with Indonesian tax laws.
- Assist in project accounting, including budget tracking, cost allocation, and financial reporting for assigned projects.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support audit processes.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve financial processes.
- Stay updated on changes in tax regulations, accounting standards, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, with exposure to tax compliance (SST/E-Invoice) and financial reporting.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and general accounting principles (GAAP).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify discrepancies.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team.
