Responsibility
- Execute final product testing protocols according to standardized work instructions.
- Monitor production line performance and identify deviations from quality specifications.
- Trigger and escalate technical issues to engineers immediately upon the discovery of non-conformities.
- Maintain detailed production logs and test result records for quality documentation.
- Calibrate and perform basic maintenance on testing equipment to ensure precision.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis sessions.
- Ensure compliance with all occupational safety and health standards on the shop floor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and optimize throughput.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably in final testing or QA.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and testing manuals.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and production data tracking software.
- Effective communication skills to report technical findings to engineering teams.
- Willingness to work on rotational shifts as required by production schedules.
