Responsibility
- Process and manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all employees.
- Prepare and verify monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with local and international standards.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly to maintain financial integrity.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to gather and validate employee data for payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws, labor regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date payroll records, both digital and physical, for audit purposes.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis as needed.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline payroll and accounting workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing, accounting, or financial reporting.
- Proficiency in payroll software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, labor laws, and payroll compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive financial data.
