Responsibility
- Conduct thorough field verifications of motorbike and car financing contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain and update records of active contracts, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Perform on-site inspections of collateral assets (vehicles) to verify their condition and existence.
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues identified during the verification process.
- Provide timely and detailed reports on verification findings to management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all regulatory and company guidelines related to financial verification and asset management.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in financial services.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field verification, surveying, or a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret financial documents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Proficiency in using mobile devices and applications for data collection and reporting.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within Bali.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
