As a Field Supervisor, you will provide direct oversight for daily plantation tasks, including harvesting cycles, fertilization programs, and estate infrastructure upkeep. Responsibility
- Supervise and monitor daily field operations, including harvesting, manuring, and general estate maintenance.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of field workers to ensure productivity targets are consistently met.
- Monitor crop health and implement effective pest and disease control measures.
- Ensure that all estate activities adhere to safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly progress reports for estate management.
- Coordinate the effective use of resources, including labor, machinery, and agricultural inputs.
- Oversee the maintenance of estate infrastructure, such as roads and drainage systems.
Qualifications
- Possess at least a SPM, STPM, Diploma in Agriculture, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in plantation operations or a similar agricultural environment.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in an outdoor, remote environment.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high work ethics.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office for reporting purposes is an added advantage.
- Possession of a valid motorcycle or driving license is preferred for field mobility.
