Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to optimize resource allocation and workflow efficiency.
- Prepare and submit detailed progress reports, including documentation of work completed, challenges encountered, and resolutions implemented.
- Ensure all construction materials and equipment meet specified standards and are used appropriately.
- Resolve on-site conflicts or disputes professionally and promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Collaborate with project managers to adjust plans as needed based on site conditions or unforeseen challenges.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of managing construction projects, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
- Proficiency in using construction management software or tools is a plus.
- Physical stamina to work in outdoor conditions and travel between multiple sites as required.
- Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., K3) is highly desirable.
