As a Field Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing construction and design projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate on-site construction and design activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety regulations.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on project status, challenges, and solutions to senior management.
- Manage and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure all work meets industry standards, local regulations, and client expectations.
- Mentor and supervise junior staff, providing guidance and training to enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in field supervision, construction management, or a related role in design and architecture.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety protocols.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in Bali.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel and work across various locations in Badung and surrounding areas.
