Responsibility
- Lead the design and development of architectural projects from conceptualization to final construction documents.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project feasibility, compliance, and alignment with design intent.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to deliver high-quality results on schedule.
- Incorporate sustainable and eco-friendly design principles into all projects, leveraging local materials and innovative techniques.
- Mentor junior architects and design teams, fostering a culture of creativity, precision, and continuous learning.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, resolve design challenges, and ensure adherence to standards.
- Prepare and present design proposals, renderings, and technical drawings to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, building codes, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Deep understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methodologies.
- Exceptional design sensibility with a focus on functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and teams.
- Experience working in tropical or coastal climates is a plus.
