Responsibility
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans for residential projects using CAD software.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure drawings meet project specifications and local building codes.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Organize and maintain digital files and project documentation for easy retrieval and reference.
- Conduct site visits as needed to verify measurements and gather additional project details.
- Stay updated with industry trends, software updates, and best practices in architectural drafting.
- Ensure all drawings are accurate, clear, and adhere to company and client standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
- Proven experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) is required.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, accurate drawings.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling and rendering software is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
