This is a full-time, onsite position based in one of Bali's most sought-after locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung. Responsibility
- Develop and refine architectural designs using Revit software to create detailed 3D models and construction documents.
- Collaborate with project teams, including engineers, designers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and client requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and present design proposals, renderings, and visualizations to clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and address any design-related issues.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet industry standards, building codes, and client expectations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in architectural design and Revit software.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Revit Architect or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, accurate designs.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey design concepts effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
