Responsibility
- Develop concept-to-completion interior designs for retail stores, showrooms, and office spaces that align with brand identity and client requirements.
- Create detailed floor plans, 3D renderings, and mood boards using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of design plans within budget and timeline.
- Select and source materials, furnishings, lighting, and decor that balance aesthetics, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct site visits and measurements to assess spatial constraints and opportunities for optimization.
- Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine concepts.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, sustainable practices, and local building codes in Bali.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadline adherence and quality control at every stage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven 2+ years of experience in retail or commercial interior design, with a portfolio showcasing completed projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and 3D modeling tools.
- Strong understanding of space planning, ergonomics, and material selection for high-traffic environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Knowledge of local suppliers, contractors, and Bali-specific design regulations is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
