We are seeking a motivated professional to install, maintain, and troubleshoot Point-of-Sale (POS) systems for our growing network of merchants. Responsibility
- Install, configure, and maintain POS systems and related hardware/software for merchants.
- Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Train merchants and their staff on POS system operations, best practices, and basic troubleshooting.
- Manage inventory of POS equipment, including tracking, reporting, and coordinating replacements or repairs.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with clients, management, and support teams.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks to minimize downtime and system failures.
- Document all service activities, including issues resolved, parts replaced, and client feedback.
- Comply with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support, field service, or POS system maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of POS systems, hardware, and networking principles.
- Own a reliable motorcycle and valid driver’s license for field service mobility.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) for clear communication with clients and teams.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and reporting tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across assigned areas in Bali as needed.
