As a Field Service Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and mechanical systems for our clients. With a structured work schedule of Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM) and alternate Saturdays (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM), you’ll enjoy a balanced work-life while contributing to high-impact projects. Transportation is provided with pick-up at 8:00 AM from a central location to ensure you arrive on time and ready to excel.

Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in machinery, systems, and components, providing efficient solutions.
- Install, test, and commission new electrical and mechanical systems in compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and prepare detailed reports on equipment condition, maintenance activities, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute service schedules while minimizing downtime.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements during all field operations.
- Provide on-site technical support and training to clients as needed.
- Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and materials, and request replenishments when necessary.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Field Service Technician or in a similar role, with expertise in both electrical and mechanical systems.
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, control systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
