Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the start-up and commissioning of thermal management systems for clients in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Develop and execute service plans to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Conduct on-site inspections, troubleshooting, and performance testing of thermal systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
- Provide technical training and support to clients and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, reports, and customer feedback.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization in service operations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and environmental standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service, commissioning, or thermal management systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, cooling systems, or power infrastructure.
- Proven ability to manage projects, coordinate teams, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for system analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and other regions as required.
