As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of semiconductor equipment, providing on-site technical support, and maintaining high standards of service excellence. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, perform installations, and deliver preventive maintenance, all while building strong client relationships.

Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of semiconductor equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to diagnose problems and implement corrective actions.
- Provide technical training and support to clients and end-users on equipment operation and best practices.
- Document service reports, maintenance logs, and technical findings for future reference.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards during all field service activities.
- Travel to client sites across Bali as required to deliver high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in field service, semiconductor equipment maintenance, or a similar technical role.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing complex semiconductor or industrial equipment.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in high-pressure situations.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Certifications in semiconductor equipment (e.g., ASML, Applied Materials, or similar) are a plus.
