Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, calibration, and maintenance of pick-and-place handlers and related semiconductor equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize equipment downtime.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical training and support to client operators and maintenance teams.
- Document all service activities, including repair logs, maintenance reports, and parts usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment reliability and process efficiency.
- Travel to client sites across Bali (and occasionally internationally) as required.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in semiconductor equipment.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support for semiconductor or automation equipment.
- Hands-on expertise with pick-and-place machines, handlers, or similar high-precision systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in reading schematics, technical manuals, and PLC programming (a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and teams.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including on-call support when needed.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
