Responsibility
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
- Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose data-driven solutions to optimize workflow.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Support the maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean or Six Sigma projects, to drive operational excellence.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in wire and cable manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or a similar role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Basic knowledge of quality control standards (e.g., ISO, UL) and manufacturing processes.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
