As we expand our luxury residential and commercial projects across Indonesia’s most dynamic markets, we are seeking a skilled Civil Engineering Drafter to bring precision and innovation to our design and construction processes.
In this role, you will collaborate with our engineering and architecture teams to produce high-quality technical drawings, site plans, and construction documents that align with international standards. Your work will directly contribute to the development of premium properties in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.

Responsibility
- Create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings for civil engineering projects, including site layouts, grading plans, and utility designs using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Revit.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to interpret design concepts and convert them into precise construction documents.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and international standards (e.g., IBC, ASTM).
- Review and revise drafts based on feedback from stakeholders to maintain accuracy and project alignment.
- Prepare as-built drawings and update documentation throughout the construction phase.
- Assist in site visits to verify measurements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure drawings reflect field conditions.
- Organize and maintain a digital library of drawings, specifications, and project files for easy retrieval.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in civil drafting and BIM (Building Information Modeling).
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in civil drafting, preferably for real estate or property development projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or SketchUp; familiarity with BIM software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, including grading, drainage, and infrastructure design.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering plans, survey data, and topographic maps.
- Excellent attention to detail and spatial awareness to produce error-free drawings.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) to communicate with international teams.
- Prior experience working on luxury residential or commercial projects is highly desirable.
