Responsibility
- Perform installation, calibration, and maintenance of scientific and analytical instruments at client sites.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and performance checks to ensure instruments operate at peak accuracy.
- Train end-users on proper equipment operation, safety protocols, and basic troubleshooting.
- Document service activities, including work orders, test results, and client feedback, in compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with sales and R&D teams to gather customer insights and recommend product improvements.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring readiness for field assignments.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in scientific instrumentation and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field; or equivalent technical certification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in servicing scientific or analytical instruments (e.g., HPLC, GC, mass spectrometers).
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and software systems in laboratory equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call support.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, GMP, or other regulatory compliance frameworks is advantageous.
