Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of technical equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software performance issues at client sites.
- Provide technical training and guidance to customers and end-users regarding equipment operation.
- Manage service requests effectively, ensuring all technical documentation and service reports are updated accurately.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex engineering escalations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control policies, and operational best practices.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely response.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in field service, technical support, or onsite maintenance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently in a field environment.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is a significant advantage.
- Must be based in Singapore and willing to travel to various client sites across the region.
