Responsibility
- Install, commission, and calibrate laser marking and industrial laser equipment at client sites
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal system performance
- Diagnose technical issues using diagnostic tools and software, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide expert recommendations
- Document service reports, maintenance logs, and technical findings for internal and client reference
- Train end-users on the safe and efficient operation of laser systems
- Coordinate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards while working on-site
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support for industrial equipment (laser systems experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of electrical circuits, mechanical systems, and automation technology
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other technical instruments
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in the field
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) to interact with clients and team members
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within Bali and other regions
- Certifications in laser safety (e.g., ANSI Z136.1) or related technical training are advantageous
