Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of engineering equipment.
- Diagnose technical issues and execute effective repairs to ensure minimal downtime for clients.
- Provide operational training and support to end-users regarding equipment functionality.
- Maintain accurate service reports and documentation for all site visits.
- Adhere strictly to safety standards and company protocols during field operations.
- Collaborate with the internal technical team to troubleshoot complex system malfunctions.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools required for field service activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Nitec in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related fields).
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; full training will be provided.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to technical tasks.
- Good communication skills to engage with clients professionally.
- Ability to travel to various client sites within the East Region.
- Must be proactive, disciplined, and possess a strong desire to learn new technologies.
- Valid Class 3 driving license is an added advantage.
