Responsibility
- Install, test, and commission semiconductor equipment at customer sites worldwide.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and customer support teams to resolve technical issues.
- Provide on-site training and technical support to customers.
- Document service activities, including installation reports and maintenance logs.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards during all service activities.
- Travel to various locations, including Bali and international sites, as required.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in semiconductor equipment technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field service, equipment installation, or technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
