Responsibility
- Commission and maintain electrical equipment, including Static and Rotary Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems.
- Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of power systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their power requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare detailed service reports, documenting all maintenance activities, findings, and recommendations.
- Provide technical training and support to clients and internal teams as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service activities.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in power technology and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service engineering, preferably with UPS systems or similar electrical equipment.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software for electrical systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
