Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate field service activities, including installation, maintenance, and repair of engineering equipment.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Conduct on-site training for clients and internal teams on system operations and best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve system performance and reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, reports, and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during field operations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Travel to customer sites as needed to deliver hands-on support and solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service, installation, or technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, troubleshooting techniques, and equipment maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for technical support.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Certification in relevant technical fields is a plus.
