Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively prospecting new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform sales strategies.
- Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and solutions to potential and existing clients.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close deals and maximize revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s products and services.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to build long-term client loyalty and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in field sales, preferably in the electrical, lighting, or construction industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Familiarity with the local market dynamics in Bali is a strong advantage.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for field visits.
