Responsibility

  • Promote and sell tobacco products to retailers, distributors, and key accounts across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular field visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and optimal placement in retail outlets.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and customer preferences to the sales management team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, product launches, and brand activations.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, expense reports, and activity logs on a timely basis.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times, upholding brand values and customer service standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field sales, retail sales, or FMCG sales, preferably in the tobacco or consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape, including warungs, supermarkets, hotels, and nightlife venues.
  • Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Russian) are a plus.
  • Possess a valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and willingness to travel extensively within Bali.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or marketing are advantageous.
