Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to potential and existing clients to promote sanitary products and solutions.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional after-sales support and service.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the retail, consumer products, or sanitary industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned regions in Bali.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
