Responsibility

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of project and trade accounts in Bali, including contractors, developers, and architects.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the building materials sector.
  • Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our building materials to potential clients, tailoring solutions to their specific needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while ensuring profitability for the company.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to maintain long-term client relationships and foster repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any client concerns.
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze data to refine strategies and meet targets.
  • Stay updated on industry standards, competitor offerings, and new product launches to remain a trusted advisor to clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (minimum 2+ years) in field sales, preferably in the building materials, construction, or hardware industry.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is advantageous.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively across Bali.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Passion for the construction industry and a deep understanding of building materials and their applications.
