Responsibility
- Conduct in-person and virtual consultations with clients to assess their window treatment needs and recommend customized solutions.
- Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers, including blinds, shades, and motorized systems.
- Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution from quote to completion.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach, referrals, and upselling opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new offerings to provide informed recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and inventory in the company CRM system.
- Participate in local trade shows, home expos, and networking events to expand brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or home improvement (window treatments industry is a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote and field-based environment.
- Basic knowledge of interior design principles or willingness to learn.
- Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and mobile sales tools.
- Valid driverâs license and access to reliable transportation for field visits.
- Fluent in English; additional knowledge of Indonesian or Balinese is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelorâs degree in business, marketing, or related fields is preferred.
