Responsibility
- Travel extensively across Bali to identify and engage potential clients, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Promote and sell Philmanâs plastic houseware products, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to foster long-term business partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business growth.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and customer insights to the sales management team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer issues or complaints professionally.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and sales events to represent Philman and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG, retail, or distribution sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Bali and adapt to different working environments.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques, market research, and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Possession of a valid driverâs license and access to reliable transportation is highly desirable.
