Responsibility
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations to promote leading brands and products in assigned locations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and engaging interactions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/weekly sales targets while adhering to company standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute on-ground campaigns and promotional activities.
- Collect and report customer feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to deliver accurate information to clients.
- Manage sales records, track leads, and follow up with potential customers.
- Represent the company professionally at all times, upholding brand integrity and values.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to assigned locations in Bali (e.g., Canggu, Ubud, Kuta).
- No prior sales experience required—full training provided!
