Responsibility
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized service.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, cold-calling, and networking in the field.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management, tracking progress and challenges.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Represent the company professionally at trade shows, events, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or customer-facing roles (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional local language skills are a plus).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories (Bali regions).
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., CRM tools, Microsoft Office) for reporting and documentation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Own transportation (motorcycle/car) and a valid driver’s license are highly advantageous.
