Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share within the assigned territory.
- Actively prospect and onboard new clients, including retail outlets, contractors, and local distributors.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing account holders to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor inventory levels and product visibility.
- Collaborate with the regional sales team to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports and activity logs for management review.
- Provide technical product training and support to dealers and retail staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in field sales or territory management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and travel within Camarines Sur.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite for reporting and presentations.
- High level of integrity, dedication, and professional work ethic.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
