Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the Bali region.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for our premium juice products.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Present and demonstrate products to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel across Bali and work flexible hours as needed.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools) are a plus.
- Own transportation (motorcycle/car) and a valid driver’s license.
