Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote AIA’s bancassurance products through partner banks in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff, branch managers, and key stakeholders to drive product adoption.
- Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and workshops for bank employees to enhance their understanding of insurance solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive outreach and customer engagement.
- Provide personalized financial consultations to bank customers, identifying their needs and recommending suitable insurance products.
- Collaborate with AIA’s marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and improve customer conversion rates.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Diploma holders with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services, insurance, or banking industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with bancassurance products, life insurance, or wealth management solutions is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
